🔁 We Don’t Do Refunds, But We Got You on Exchanges
Once your order is delivered, we don’t offer money refunds — but no stress, you can still exchange your product for something else from our store.
🛍️ Wanna Exchange?
Here’s what to know:
You’ve got 7 days from the day you get your order to request an exchange.
The product should be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging (with tags on).
No exchanges on worn-out items, damaged stuff, or custom embroidery pieces — unless there’s a clear manufacturing issue.
✉️ How to Request an Exchange:
Drop us a mail at nitinrajak131@gmail.com with your Order ID, what went wrong, and what you’d like instead.
Send the product back to us (shipping cost on you).
Once we receive and check it, we’ll ship out your new pick.
💡Note: If the new item costs more, we’ll guide you on how to pay the difference. If it’s less, maybe grab something else to match the value.
